♥ easy (chick) peas-y.

want a healthy snack in a pinch?
then look no further than your kitchen cupboard.

roasted chickpeas are simple to make and even easier to eat!
and there are a million and one ways to doctor them up.
(just check pinterest!)

here is one you should try asap:


one can of chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
a pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of salt

preheat oven to 400-430 degrees
spread chickpeas out on a pan
coat in olive oil & spices
roast until crispy.
