i have to give props to my friend chris who sent along this link about

these amazingly intricate, hand carved book sculptures that have been appearing 

mysteriously at libraries & film houses in edinburgh.

each of them have a tag and a dedication without any indication of who the artist is. 

could you imagine walking by a shelf and finding this?  love it!
