these pictures of my backyard kitty friends were taken
just a day after hurricane sandy reared her ugly head.
i have been worrying about how they will do in the rain and snow,
but these kitties are resilient and smart, and they found shelter beyond
the small pink box filled with hay that blew away during the storm,
and which they prefer to lay on top of,
rather than in.
just a reminder to always wait for the sunshine,
because even after the worst of storms, it comes back.
Aww, I also worried about the stray cats in area. I'm glad your little buddies made it through!
ReplyDeleteme too! they're the cutest things, i wish they could come live in my apartment with nick and lula and i.

I am CRAZY about this post for two reasons.
ReplyDelete1. My weird obsession with cats and the cuteness of these two cuddle bugs.
2. Your beautiful words about weathering the storm.
