♥ lions and tigers and bears, oh my!

this weekend,

 my family threw nick and i a lovely animal-themed

 baby shower for our soon-to-be-born son, henry :) 

it was so much fun to celebrate with family and friends and to

start collecting the necessary items we will need for his arrival--

but the fact that we now have these things makes

it all the more real that pretty soon we will be

a family of three ( + one spoiled cat!)

i am scared and excited at the same time.

shit just got real.
