the duck boots nick ordered for me from ll bean finally arrived in the mail this week-
(they were only on back order for two months-- nbd!), and i have been loving how
carefree i can be while stomping through slush puddles and enjoying the ease with
which i can make it from my car to any destination without having to worry
about getting a shoe-ful of cold snow.
on top of that, i love how they look!

those are cute indeed ... even paired with a dress! nothing like a good pair of shoes (or boots!) to to help cinch a look, make one feel confident, or even be quite useful in a torrential downpour!
