in 2006, photographer jason lee started a blog and named it after
his two favorite subjects: daughters kristina and kayla.
originally started as a way to share special moments with his mother,
who was diagnosed with nonhodgkins lymphoma, jason has been
photographing his gorgeous girls in the most creative ways ever since.
all too often family albums are filled with the same generic pictures of
family members lined up side by side. i love how jason rejects this concept,
and turns even dull moments into a beautiful photo opportunities.

Sami-these are absolutely adorable and I agree completely. So often families want to line up and take pics (we just went through all of this at the wedding!) but I love the candid shots most. Thanks for sharing this. very inspiring and a good reminder for me in my attempts at taking pictures. :)
